NOTICE  - ACR HEALTH INSURANCE FUND 

FAIR AND OPEN PROCUREMENT PROCESS 

The ACR Health Insurance Fund is soliciting proposals to furnish an Electronic Benefit Eligibility System. These services are more fully described in the proposal packet available in the Acrisure LLC office located at: 111 Wood Avenue South, Suite 400, Iselin, NJ 08830. This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.4, et seq. Sealed responses to this request is required to be delivered to the ACR Heath Insurance Fund, ATTN: Dan Henry Fund Administrator, Acrisure, LLC, 111 Wood Avenue South, Suite 400, Iselin, NJ 08830, at or before 11:00 a.m. Wednesday June 4th, 2025. 

The Fund Administrator, or his designee, will publicly open and read the name and proposed fee for all the responses received. 

All contracts pursuant to the fair and open process will be awarded by a majority vote of the Fund Commissioners at a public meeting. 

Persons awarded a contract under these procedures are required to comply with the requirements for Business Entity Disclosure certification, Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, P.L. 2004, C19, “The New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play” law (NJSA 19:44A-20.4, et seq.) and the New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditure Reporting Act (NJSA 19:44A-1, et seq.). Persons awarded a contract will also be required to execute a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement to protect the privacy of Personal Health Information.
